We have plenty of vintage Barbie and Ken toys handed down from other family members. We don't like the classic Barbie doll shape and the material (especially the rubber legs) doesn't age very well. But the clothes are such better quality than what's offered now. Modern Barbie is just a pain.They are expensive and inconsistent with pretty much everything. Different foot and body shapes, articulations, and the quality varies big time between the sets. Some clothes are made out of nice fabric and sewed, others are cheaply printed. The only ones that are okay for playing are the Made To Move series, but they are overarticulated and can't stand on their tiny feet, that they don't seem to be worth the price of over $15. But Mattel also offers these WWE dolls, and they look stronger, have more realistic body proportions, fit into most Barbie clothes, and can wear some of Ken's stuff. They even fit into many bits from other 1/6 scale toys like G.I. Joe. The only drawback are the feet, which are uniquely shaped to this series. Since the set comes with shoes, it's not a big deal. The feet are big enough to stand on their own! I really wish toy manufacturers would stop putting shoes on feet and instead just snap the complete shoe or boot to the leg. Body shape is the same as the Mattel superhero dolls (Wonder Woman, Mera, etc.) so clothes can be swapped between figures. Means: if your kid already owns Wonder Woman (like we did) she can dress up incognito with the WWE doll's shoes. Overall the figures look way healthier than the skinny Barbie style dolls. You can tell your kid the Wrestling part as you wish, or like us not at all. We just take them out of the box. The fact that they are based on real women has a nice touch and gives them character. So give them a chance. I uploaded a photo with how my daughter dressed Asuka with Ken's denim and a camo parka off a toy soldier. I hope it helps to make a decision.
The doll is pretty and I'm glad with her, she has movement but not like a MTM barbie.

Erstmal war die Verpackung beschädigt, was ich so gar nicht schätze. An sich ist es eine gute Puppe, was die Figur und die Beweglichkeit betrifft. Leider ist das Gesicht überhaupt nicht asiatisch geprägt, was für eine Puppe, die einem asiatischen Wrestling Star nachempfunden sein soll, schade ist. Es ist eher das stereotyp hübsch-westliche Barbie face. Auf der Packung und in den Abbildungen im Shop sieht es anders aus, das war für mich ein Kaufgrund. Leider trifft die Realität diese Bilder nicht annähernd. Zudem sind die Haare völlig verschnitten (Foto), ich bin gespannt, ob das noch hinzubekommen ist. Insgesamt eher enttäuschend. Ich behalte sie, weil der Preis okay ist, aber ich hatte mir mehr versprochen.

Die Haare sind mit Haarspray fixiert, kann man aber mit Wasser ausspülen. Das Blau in den Haaren ist dunkler als gezeigt, richtig dunkelblau schimmernd! War positiv überrascht! Die Markierung unterm Fuß (sowas wie runde hervorgehobene Prägungen) sind bei allen WWE Puppen. Die Puppe sieht irgendwie anders aus als vorgegeben, irgendwie verändert aber auch nicht. Irgendwas wurde mit den Augen gemacht!? Das rechte Auge+Augenbraue wirken minimal kleiner, fällt aber kaum auf. Finde sie sieht einzigartig schön aus! Besser als auf den Fotos die präsentiert werden. Habe mal welche hochgeladen. Das einzige was mich bei den Puppen stört sind die Schuhe! Sie sind irgendwie nicht fest an den Füßen, rutschen leicht ab. Ist wohl nur als Deko gedacht? Bei dieser Puppe gefallen sie mir auch eher nicht, es sind auch 2 rechte Schuhe, wusste ich aber vorher durch ein anderes Foto, stört mich aber nicht! Die Figur ist gleich mit den anderen Puppen. Sie hat einen helleren Hauttton! Diese ist meine 2. Puppe von der WWE Kollektion, habe noch die Brie, die ist auch toll aber Asuka toppt alles! Sie ist total schön! Die Haare sind wild "modern" geschnitten, man kann aber einiges mit denen zaubern und in Form legen nach dem Waschen! Würde ich sogar nochmal kaufen und jemandem schenken! :) P.S.: Den Zopf auf den Fotos habe ich gemacht zum "Haare zurechtlegen", war nicht so in der Verpackung! ;)

Das stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr schöne originelle Puppe. Viele Bewegungspunkte, originelle Haare, hübsches Gesicht, toller muskulöser Körper. Passt super zu Barbie.
Hele mooie barbie voor dat geld! Ziet echt uit als op de foto en volledig beweegbaar. Ze is echt 1 van mijn favorieten! Zeker het kopen waard .
