This product was broken right out of the box, with the arms not moving when the doll is wound. I paid $36 for the doll and it came with a price tag sticker on the box for $13! Unhappy with quality of the product. Return policy states it must be unopened to return it. Not a great experience.

Did not work
I only gave it 2 stars- cool Barbie but doesn’t work and I even exchanged it for a new one and that one didn’t work. Unfortunate, but my daughter still likes it and can play with it like it’s a regular Barbie
